Terms and Conditions
All participants must supply a valid email address and mobile number while enrolled at any Crystal Heaven retreats or workshops. These are the main ways that we will communicate with the participant and it will be the participants responsibility to check emails/ texts etc for updates, cancellations, notifications, events etc. Any changes to these contact details will need to be notified to Crystal Heaven ASAP.
All balances must be paid in full at least 4 weeks in advance for workshops and 6 weeks for retreats, unless by prior agreement with Crystal Heaven. Deposits are non refundable and full payment will not be refunded if students drop out for any reason within the 4 or 6 week period before the workshop or retreat (Partial refunds may be given at Crystal Heaven’s discretion).
Refunds are issued only if a workshop or retreat is cancelled by Crystal Heaven, in which case fees will be fully refunded as soon as possible.
Crystal Heaven reserves the right to request a student to vacate their place on a workshop should their behaviour cause unnecessary disruption.
Crystal Heaven also reserves the right to refuse admission to a course and fees will not be charged in this case.
Crystal Heaven reserves the right to cancel a workshop or retreat due to insufficient applications and fees will be fully refunded in this case.
Crystal Heaven reserves the right to alter, change or withdraw any of the modules, tutors on Workshops or retreats.
Whilst every effort will be made to ensure the safekeeping of all personal possessions whilst attending workshops or Retreats, Crystal Heaven will not be responsible for loss
or theft of any items.
Every effort will be made to ensure the information contained in all literature given out is correct, Crystal Heaven is not liable for any errors or omissions.
Any damage caused either to the property you will be staying in, or to the belongings of others is to be paid for in full.
Workshop and Retreat Payment Information
Workshops and retreats fill on a first come, first served basis and so early booking is recommended. Deposits are required upon booking, and full fees must be paid 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the event. This guarantees your place on the event. We will communicate with you using the mobile and/ or email address you provided during booking.
Please complete the Booking form online. Fill in the form and return it with your payment details to Crystal Heaven, or email it to email@example.com.
We will accept the following methods of payment:
- Cash – only in person.
- Credit / Debit Card / Paypal
- Standing order or bank transfer to account details provided.
Crystal Heaven will not be responsible for any personal injury that may occur on any Workshops or Retreats, Participants accept full responsibility for agreeing to take part in the Workshop or Retreat.
It is also the responsibility of Participants to inform Crystal Heaven of any medical conditions or disabilities that may restrict the participant whilst attending a workshop or Retreat, on completion of the booking form.
